Mentoring
Since our inception, MNLA has been actively involved in participating in university education programmes linked to future professional career development.
MNLA have undertaken the organisation of annual student mentor programmes for third year Landscape Architectural students from 1999 until the present. Through this process we have participated in lectures, tutorials and the co-ordination of professional practice learning units in conjunction with universities.
MNLA have provided suitable students with the offer of fulltime employment at MNLA directly as a result of student exposure from the mentor programme. MNLA seek to continue to offer this as an avenue to future employment, staff learning and personal growth to suitable candidates.
