Key Role

Paul Broderick’s role as Director of the company is to assist in formulating and controlling the company’s strategic decisions and to manage the West Coast operation. Paul is involved in the company’s day to day activities in overseeing West Coast projects in all facets from their inception to completion. This includes conceptual design, design documentation, quality assurance management, preparation and management of the tendering process, extensive contract administration, and budget control and site supervision.


Paul has extensive international experience in the Middle East, Asia and Australia and fifteen years experience in master planning and project management of large scale landscape architectural projects ranging from golf course planning, resort design to urban planning and streetscape design. Paul also has experience in developing re-vegetation strategies for degraded sites and devising strategies for Urban Renewal Works on former industrial brown field sites.
